You TOTALLY Rock! You DO! And WE want to be the ones to tell you AND the world! So, we're going to! We, of the You Rock Journal, are going to jump around various communities in RP-Land on Livejournal and leave a small (but oh-so-vibrant) banner on the posts WE (and later YOU) feel deserve the most attention!
This is not a competition. There is no voting.

Because EVERYONE works hard at what they write. The new people, the old people, and those that only write once month. Some people have a large circle of readers, some have two friends. But since EVERYONE can point us in the direction of a post, even their own, maybe, just maybe, those who are proud of themselves will have a chance to shine.
